La Marca di San Michele is not interested in offering a mass-produced wine that always remains the same throughout the years.

We work on the single vineyard that we’ve previously selected for our wines and on the single vintages that may vary according to different weather conditions.

In the cellar the processes of racking, fining and filtration are kept to a minimum to allow the resulting wine to preserve the aromatic spectrum of the Verdicchio vine.
